Baltimore International Academy (BIA), a Baltimore City Public Charter School, has openings in its four Kindergarten classes for the 2010-2011 school year. The school also has 10 open slots for its First Grade classes for 2010-2011. Each class has 25 seats and is staffed by a teacher and a paraprofessional (Teacher Assistant).

BIA offers four languages of choice for students in Kindergarten and First Grade. Students will be placed on a first come first served basis. Please indicate the choice of language in the order of preference by writing 1st 2nd, 3rd and 4th before the appropriate language.

Please note:
All applications must be received at BIA by 3:00 p.m.on Wednesday, February 24, 2010. In the event that BIA is oversubscribed, the admission lottery will be held on Friday, February 26, 2010. Notification will be made by Friday, March 5, 2010. BIA must receive acceptances of admission offers no later than 3:00 p.m. on Friday, April 2, 2010.
